Semi-submersible Drilling Units and Drill Ships

BASSOE TECHNOLOGY has developed a range of cost optimized DP deepwater drilling semi-submersibles and drill ships for efficient and safe drilling in harsh as well as moderate environment conditions.

After the work for DSME with the DSME 6000M Compact semi, again BASSOE TECHNOLOGY was selected for development of a ultra deepwater drill ship by the Chinese builder Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard (SWS). Based on a market survey made by Bassoe Technology, it was jointly agreed between the yard and the designer to develop a 70,000 tonnes ultra deepwater DP-3 drill ship for SWS.

Due to the current positiv increase in work load, Bassoe Technology need to enhanze our organization for the future.

We are currently looking for design engineers with some years of experience in any of the following areas:

• Stability / Naval Architecture
• Layouts, General Arrangement, 3D presentations
• Structural design
• Machinery system design 

In general, we are also looking for design engineers within Drilling design, Piping design, Electrical and Control.
