Our focal point is currently Floating Mobile Offshore Units, including Drilling Semi-submersible, Drill Ships, Floating Production Units, as well as general Engineering Services.

We are looking for people with varying backgrounds and skills and do not want to be too specific in the definitions given below. People interested in Marine Technology having sufficient experience, a positive attitude and who believe they have the skills are welcome to apply.

Arrangement Drawing: In cooperation with the concept development team prepare arrangement drawings. Interested in Marine Technology and a mind for preparing arrangements.

Electrical and Control Design: You are a person with previous experience in either electrical system design or control systems.

Machinery and Marine Systems: Prepare Flow Sheets and P&IDs for machinery and marine systems including Water Ballast, Bilge, Fresh Water, and Fire Water. Prepare System Descriptions and Specifications. An M Sc , B Sc or Engineers with marine background.

Marine Outfitting Engineer: From a general arrangement drawings development marine outfitting and drilling arrangements and related documentation. You are experienced in design in the subjects above or from similar areas of technology, preferably from the marine industry.

Mechanical Design: You are a person with previous experience in Mechanical design, Machinery systems or Drilling systems.

Naval Architecture: You are a naval architect interested in performing stability calculations related to our products.

Piping Design: You are a person with previous experience in piping design, piping layout and arrangements, machinery room arrangements.

Project Manager: Manage the execution of projects that range from minor concept developments to larger engineering projects. Experience in working within engineering projects is preferred.

Project Planner: Perform planning of projects and preparation of reports. Support to project management.

Stability Analysis: Perform stability analyses for semi-submersibles and ships. Prepare documentation for different authorities’ approval. You are a Naval Architect or have obtained other Marine education appropriate for this position.

Structural Analysis Engineer: Perform structural analysis of designs of floating units such as semi-submersibles and drill-ships in accordance with applicable classification rules, national regulations, design codes and standards. Prepare design basis, design reports and input to structural drawings. Prepare technical construction specifications. Participate in meetings with shipyard, classification societies and client representatives. Work may require travel to meetings and shipyard visits. For Structural analysis we are mainly using the SESAM software package. You either hold a Master's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or as Naval Architect, and are experienced in engineering within the structural discipline or have through experience obtained qualifications for this position.

Structural Design: Based upon arrangement drawing prepare structural drawing for the hull, deckhouses and structural equipment supports.

Weight Control: Collect and evaluate based on information available weight information for equipment, steel and bulk such as e.g. piping from the technical disciplines and prepare weight reports.
